Can the landlord demand more rent within the same month you already had paid for that month?

Rent The landlord must give you at least 30 days’ advance notice if the rent increase is 10 percent (or less). The landlord must give you at least 60 days’ advance notice if the rent increase is greater than 10 percent of the rent charged previously. If you have a signed lease then a landlord cannot change the terms in the middle of a lease. Thanks for using ChaCha!
