Can You answer this? I have light blonde hair. If i put platinum toner in it will it lighten up? Or do i need dye? I have the type of toner that you mix with peroxide?
Toner is to bring down brassieness. You have to bleach it to lighten it. That is the best way to do it. ChaCha
