Can you be Charged if someone fakes there own death then after you get out of prison you kill them?
If someone fakes their own death and are believed to be dead and then you are not caught committing the murder later you will not be charged. If you go to commit the murder and are caught yes, you can still be tried even if the person was believed to be dead.
