Can you compare the duties of three top executive officials in state government?
The duties of top executives vary from state to state. In Texas the Governor is more like a motivator with very little personal power. The Texas Agricultural Commissioner however has a lot of power and a wide range of duties beyond agriculture itself including rural health care and border protection. The Head of the Texas Department of education has little power.
