Can you compare the previously executed prisoners with those remaining to be executed in act 4?
In Act 4 of The Crucible the remaining prisoners (who haven't been killed) are holding out against the sentence for one reason or another. Some of the earlier prisoners wanted it to be over in comparison. Also the remaining prisoners are the ones who were generally believed to be witches because someone held a grudge against them or wanted something from them. ChaCha!
