Can you drive on a license that's on hold?
Basically the court is telling you that they are sending a nastygram to DMV to suspend your license. For a suspension of your license to be valid, you have to receive formal notice of the suspension. So yes you can drive on a license that has a hold on it. Thank you for using ChaCha!
