Can you drive out of state when you are a 17 year old in New Jersey?
According to the driving laws in the State of New Jersey, you are not allowed to drive out of the State unless you are accompanied by a registered driver aged 21 years or older. You are not allowed to drive after 11:01PM or before 5AM. ChaCha on!
