Can you explain how different cases of demand and supply elasticity are related to price changes?
The price of gas for example is very in-elastic. When the price goes up, demand does not change or at best drops very lightly. Now think of crackers. You double the price of a popular brand and consumers will drop demand by more than half. The price is very elastic.
