Can you file head of household with no kids?
You can only file as Head of Household if you had a dependent (child or close family you are caring for) for over half the year, are single, AND paid for more than half the cost of your home for the year. Be careful doing your taxes - this is where it can often pay to have someone help you with them! ChaCha for now!
