Can you get another phone if you have a 2 year contract with AT&T?
According to AT&T, if you already have a working phone under contract with them, you won't be able to upgrade to a newer phone without starting or adding another 2 year contract on top of what you currently have. If your phone is damaged beyond repair it's possible you may be able to switch with an upgrade to a new phone and keep your current level of service without being forced into a new 2 year deal. Contact an AT&T dealer for more specific information. ChaCha!
