Can you get high from smoking smarties?
Most don't inhale it they just light it and blow out the smoke so no physical harm is being done. But some do inhale and it coats their lungs with sugar. So the only harm that can be done is coughing, no cancer. Be a smartie and don't do it! ChaCha!
