Can you get your license at the age of sixteen if you don't have your permit in the state of Mississippi?

Mississippi offers an intermediate license, one step above the learner's permit. This Class Y license allows you to drive, unsupervised, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.. I am not sure if this is what you were asking. I suggest you call your local DMV.
