Can you give yourself a tattoo with a needle, sharpie and a lighter?
The needle would be used like a professional needle, except it would be handheld and not stable. Making a mistake would be very likely. The lighter would be used to sterilize the needle before using it to tattoo. The Sharpie is the only problem here - if used as ink, but because it is not made for this purpose there is an increased risk of infection and fading.
