Can you make a cookies cake in a cake tin?
You can make a cookie cake in a cookie tin. I have done this many times and you can use any cookie recipe. A pizza pan works best, but you can use any. Here's a recipe - 1 cup butter, softened; 3/4 cup white sugar; 3/4 cup packed brown sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 2 eggs; 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips; 1 cup chopped walnuts. In a large bowl mix wet ingredients, slowly mix in dry ingredients. Bake 375 for 20-25 M.
