It's not recommended milking a dog, unless you are interested in losing your hand. Leave the dog milking to the puppies.

Yes, it is possible to milk any mammal (other than the monotremes who do not have teats). But I don't know what dog milk is like.

Like humans female dogs produce milk after whelping. During the time they are nursing their young you would be able to milk them.
