Can you name to successes and two failures of the NASA space programs?
Space launches were supposed to be made weekly, totaling about 50 launches a year. That figure stands at a mere 9 as the program ends – a disappointing failure by all accounts. Arguably, the greatest of the achievements of the shuttle program has been the Hubble Space Telescope. ChaCha!

About NASA
NASA, also known as The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, is a government agency responsible for the nation's civilian space program. NASA was created on July 29, 1959 as a result of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA). NASA headquarters are located in Washington D.C. The agency has a budget of around $17 billion dollars a year.
About Hubble Space Telescope
The Hubble Space Telescope (HST) has changed the way we think about the universe. Since it was sent into orbit on April 24, 1990, it has served as a key space research tool as well as a PR coup for the field of astronomy and for space missions. The telescope itself is designed to be serviced in space by astronauts. Four missions were performed between 1993 and 2002, but a fifth one was canceled for safety reasons shortly after the disaster involving the Space Shuttle Columbia. One final mission was completed in 2009.
