Can you send a bottle of whiskey to your parents that live in the USA as a gift by mail when your in Canada and you're not old enough to have possess it in the US?
You can purchase alcohol in Canada when you reach the legal drinking age. Depending on what Canadian Province you are in, the age is 18 or 19. You can mail this alcohol to the United States, but you are not allowed to possess or drink it in the United Sates until you are 21.
