Can you sue the credit card company if your wife opens a credit card account in your name without you're knowing and runs it up to pay her bills?
It is a form of identity theft. You cannot sue the company but you can actually sue your parents as long as you're over 18. If you're under 18, there is nothing you can do about it, as you are their dependent. ChaCha on!
