About Opana
Opana is a powerful pain killer, twice as powerful as Oxycontin and highly addictive, with potentially deadly side effects if abused. Opana was introduced by Endo Pharmaceuticals in 2006 as an alternative pain killer for people who have developed a tolerance to other pain medications. The active ingredient is oxymorphone, which is an opioid, and has more of a depressing effect. While Oxycontin users may feel stimulated, Opana users could fall asleep. The greatest danger to abusers is reduced lung function.
