Can you tango video call from a PC to a 4th generation iTouch?
Tango allows you to make free phone calls and free video calls over 3G and Wi-Fi. Make calls to any other person who has Tango installed on their phone anywhere in the world for free. Tango works on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4th-generation, iPad, iPad 2 (but not the iPhone 3G) and you can make free calls between iOS and other mobile devices, but not with a PC. ChaCha soon!
