Can you tell me if Febreze would get rid of the alcohol stench in a house?
Febreeze eliminates odors from fabrics and air while spreading a light, fresh scent. If it can cover urine, alcohol is no problem.

About alcohol
The most commonly used alcohol is ethanol and has been produced and consumed by humans for a millennia, in the form of fermented and distilled alcoholic beverages. As with anything, alcohol can be a great or terrible thing. Ethyl alcohol, or ethanol, is an intoxicating ingredient found in beer, wine, and liquor. Alcohol is produced by the fermentation of yeast, sugars, and starches.
