Can you tell me if I am having a heart attack because my neck and chest is hurting?
Honestly, there is no way for me to be certain that you are or aren't having a heart attack, but I can tell you that most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest, and symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach. If you're really worried about it, please go to the hospital and have them make sure! ChaCha

About Heart Attack
Heart attacks are scary things, and can happen to just about anyone, any time. They are the result of a stoppage of blood flow to the heart causing blood cells to die. This usually happens because an artery has been blocked by plaque made up of lipids and white blood cells. If heart attacks are left untreated they can result in severe damage to the heart or death.
