No you can not text message nor can you call over your internet to 911 for help, at least not in America. ChaCha again soon!

There are some places that already have 911 text messaging in place. I would check with your local police department. ChaCha on!

No, you cannot text 911. You can call, however, and not say a word. The proper authorities will know where you called from!
