Can you work in a nursing home in Indiana if you are a C. N.A. o an unlicensed individual after you are convicted of a felony?
It is not against the law to work as a CNA if you have a prior felony. Some felons have had problems getting hired due to the felony charge, but that is up to the employers discretion.
