Could I have given the flu to my spouse by getting the H1N1 vaccine?
You can not spread the H1N1 flu just because you have gotten the vaccine. However the vaccine can take up to 10 days to be effective so you could catch it if you are exposed to the flu during that time after getting the vaccine.
