Define incomplete dominance?

Rate This Answer

Define Codominance: when both alleles of a gene pair in a heterozygote are fully expressed, neither being dominant nor recessive. An example would be that either a red or white flower have an equal chance of occurring. Incomplete dominance is a type of inheritance in which both alleles for a specific trait are expressed. This results in a combined phenotype (expressed physical trait). An example would be a red and a white flower crossed results in a pink flower.
