Casey Anthony was found not guilty in the 2008 death of her 2 year old daughter Caylee. Casey Anthony was arrest on July 16, 2008 for giving false statements, child neglect, and obstruction of a criminal investigation after the disappearance and death of her daughter, Caylee. On October 14, 2008, Casey Anthony was indicted by a grand jury on charges of first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and four counts of providing false information to police. On July 5, 2011, a jury found Casey Anthony not guilty of first-degree murder, aggravated manslaughter, and aggravated child abuse, but guilty on four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer.
