No he did not, but because he was surrounded by people who did he asked not to judge them for what they do.

It is not known if he did or not. The bible doesn't condemn anyone that does and it was used in many ways back in those times.

Smoking pot (party spirit) is not one of the fruits of the Spirit. Jesus would not have participated in this kind of behavior.
