Did Lyndon Johnson popular mandate?

Rate This Answer

Lyndon Baines Johnson was known particularly for taking over for JFK when he was assassinated. He was quite self conscious and felt that he was not going to be a well liked character in history. One of the reasons is because he also had a lot to do with the Vietnam war, which was not very popular in and of itself. ChaCha!
