Did Nevada change the law so that if you were born in 1995 you have to wait to get your Drivers License until you are 18?
Nothing on the Nevada DMV says anything about having to be over 18 for your license, or special exceptions to the 16+ section. Hope this helps. A call to a less-saturated DMV (non-Vegas) can probably fill you in on any recent differences. Chacha!
