Do beta fish sleep?
Yes, they do sleep. All living animals must sleep to survive. Many Fish will slow down, float or hover in one spot. But Bettas seem to lounge. Many of them will lay down in a L-Shaped position (head up, body to the side).

Betas don't sleep, but they do rest when the lights go out. I guess it would be hard to sleep when you don't have eyelids! ChaCha!

About Fish
Fish are cold-blooded aquatic vertebrates. Fish are also one of the most commonly consumed foods in the world. They are an excellent source of protein, low in fat, and one of the best sources for omega-3 fatty acids. About Sleep
