Do cats see in color or in black and white?
Theoretically, color perception is possible since the eye contains some cones, but distinguishing color isn't necessary for cats.

Purple, blue & green appear to be the strongest colors perceived by cats. They see colors but not as vibrant as we do! ChaCha on!

Cats are generally considered colorblind, though their eyes do contain some cone cells, responsible for seeing in color.
