Do chickens fly?
Chickens can fly but not very far. They usually do it when they are afraid. They have been bred for food and are usually too heavy for their wings to carry them.

Yep chicken can fly Mostly if they are raised at country,farms, open space But they have a poor flight, not much high ChaCha!

The adult domestic fowl can fly to an extent, They can get airborne for a few seconds. However a baby can only flutter its wings.

No, although a chicken is classified as a bird, it cannot fly. Other non flying birds are the ostrich, penguins and emu's.

Sort of. Smaller breeds, and "bantams" which are the same as "standard" breeds but about 1/4 the size can fly 25-50 feet.
