About Gills
Gills are what fish use to breath underwater. They pull dissolved oxygen out of the water the same way we pull oxygen out of the air.
About Water
Water is by far the most important substance on Earth. Water covers over 70 percent of the planet and makes up between 50 and 75 percent of the human body. In fact, it's one of the only things we are positive needs to be present for life to exist. When scientists look for life in our solar system and on exoplanets, they are looking for liquid water.
