Do kids get Hodkins or non Hodkins lymphoma more?
Hodgkin's disease is a type of lymphoma. Lymphoma is cancer of the lymphatic system and is the third most common type of cancer in kids and teens ages 10 to 14. But it is still very rare for kids to get it.People who have a brother or sister who has had the disease are also more likely to get non-Hodgkin lymphoma. But, it's not contagious. ChaCha!

Lymphoma or Hodgkins Disease is a rare cancer of the immune system marked by the presence of a type of cell called the Reed-Sternberg cell. It is found in the lymph nodes, spleen, liver, and bone marrow and the cause is unknown.
