Do lady bugs bite?
Not all ladybugs bite and the ones that do don't have venom or irritating saliva. The ones that bite are the Asian ladybugs.

There are several hundred different species of lady bugs, meaning that although some of the could potentially bite, the more common species commonly encountered in your own garden usually wont ever bite.

If you squeeze a ladybug it will bite you, but the bite won't hurt. I would not recommend experimentation. ChaCha!
