There may be brown/bright red bleeding with/without cramps, but 20-30% of pregnancies have early bleeding & 1/2 of them are normal

Vaginal bleeding can occur frequently in the first trimester of pregnancy & may not be a sign of problems. Get a pregnancy test!

When pregnant, some woman experience slight bleeding when the egg burrows into the uterus. This is called implantation bleeding.
