You have to have your xbox connected to the internet.You can do this by taking the (usually) blue ethernet cable out of your computer (it looks like a telephone jack, but wider) and plugging it into the back of your 360.When it starts up, an automatic update should run and will download the NXE (new xbox expeirience.)You will then be prompted to join xbox live (ITS FREE! Just make sure that when you put in your email adress, the age of the email is over 19!)
