Do you need a passport to go to tijuana?
If you travel by land before June 1, 2009, you don't need a passport to cross back into the States. Afterwards, you do. ChaCha!

Currently you only need a drivers' license and a birth certificate to reenter the country by land. This will change in June 2009.
