Do you need an unlimited internet subscription to buy the iphone?
No. In the past year AT&T has changed the data usage plan. Instead of getting unlimited internet options, the users pay a price for 2 gigs of data or a smaller plan. Unlimited data plans no longer exist for the I-phone. Chacha
