Do you need to give 30 days if your getting kicked out of your house if you are just the roommate and not the actual owner or renter?
In most states in the U.S. you need to give the roommate at least 30 days notice -preferably a month from the beginning of the month as in, if they paid for May, you should tell them on May 1st, giving them until June 1st to get out.
