Do you need to have a blu-ray player to play a blu-ray disc or can one use a normal dvd player?
A regular blu-ray disc player will not play a burned dvd unless you have dvd authorizing software on the device. Yes, you need a blue ray player to play a blue ray disc, but you can play a normal dvd on a blue ray player. Thanks, ChaCha again!
