Do you pay a realtor's commission for a contract for deed when the buyers first move in or when the mortgage is paid in full?
Generally, realtors get paid their commission when buyers first move into a property. The realtor's job is simply to find someone to take over the property, not manage the mortgage. ChaCha again soon!
