Does a tattoo hurt more or less if you're more muscular?
If you are thinner, any tattoo that goes right over bone (the spine in this case) will hurt more The fleshier (more fat or muscle) that spot where you want your tattoo. The less painful it is than a bony spot. ChaCha on!
