Reproductive Care and Family Planning Services-related to diagnosis, counseling and treatment of infertility, voluntary sterilization such as vasectomy or tubal ligation, voluntary termination of pregnancy, biologicals, contraceptive implant systems and devices are not covered by HAP insurance.
