Does it cost extra to send a text message to someone in France from the US?
It depends on your carrier. With AT&T It's just $0.25 to send a message from the U.S. to international numbers. Receiving a message from outside the U.S. is just $0.20, or deducted from your Messaging Package or data package allowance. They have a Long Distance International package to save money also.
