Does it hurt getting a tattoo on your butt?
All tattoos have a bit of pain no matter where they are located. Arms and legs are supposedly least painful, since the muscles help absorb some of the pain. I would think anywhere there is fatty tissue or muscle, such as your backside, would be ok.
