About Paintball
Paintball, invented in 1981, is sort of like dodge ball with guns. Players compete either individually or in teams to eliminate opponents by hitting them with capsules filled with food coloring and gelatin called ''paintballs.'' The paintballs are fired from a gun called a Paintball Marker, propelled by compressed carbon dioxide. Paintball technology has also been used in other applications like riot response, military training and non-lethal suppression of dangerous suspects.
About Hurt
An occasional hurt is normal, but pain that goes on for a long time may indicate a problem. Pain is the way that the body warns us that something is wrong. Although no one likes to experience pain, it can be helpful in diagnosing a problem. Without pain, you might seriously hurt yourself without even knowing it, or you might not realize you have a medical problem that needs some form of treatment. Once you take care of the problem, the pain usually goes away.
