Does it mean a dog is sick when a new born puppy has a grey tongue?
Grey or blue tinge to a normally pink tongue means oxygen is not getting through the blood right and you need to seek veterinary attention immediately. The only exception is if your dog is part Chow, for instance, then it might be natural.
