Does nuclear energy carry carbon dioxide?
The process of making nuclear energy uses carbon dioxide. However it does not emit any of the gas. The process leaves a zero carbon footprint, but generates radioactive waste that remains toxic for centuries and carry the constant risk of a meltdown.

About Nuclear energy
Nuclear energy is produced by a reaction between nuclear and atomic particles. Nuclear power plants use nuclear fission reactions to produce water and steam. That water and steam is then used to generate electricity. Nuclear energy provides 15% of the world's electricity. The United States, France and Japan account for over 50% of the world's nuclear energy.
